Looking for an Aggie Civil Engineer in San Antonio/Boerne to help with a business expansion/development project. I'd prefer one that is either independent or with a smaller firm (read hungry!).

Scope of the project is building a new commercial building on property in Bexar County in the Leon Flood Gate area off Boerne Stage rd. There is an existing building on 2.5 acres. Plan is 2 phase plan to add one building (~5,000 sq ft.) and fire lane now with possibility of a third building in a 2 to 4 years.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
