We are moving to a new office with more space and the sublet we thought we had has fallen through. Our space is under lease until July 31 this coming year. The cost of the lease is $1975 a month and the landlord is interested in extending it out further. We are right next to Panchos and Gringos and there is a new coffee shop going in at the end of the street. The space has four private offices and two large open/conference rooms in it.
