You don't need a lawyer for this. Call the JP office or whatever court is assigned. Tell them you want the option whereby you stay clean for 6 months and it goes away. Pay the fee and don't be stupid the next six months and it goes away. Or just do online defensive driving. They can handle it over the phone. Unless you are a felon with warrants out for your arrest. Then call a lawyer with a German last name in the NB phonebook.
