Any recommendations for beginning potty and obedience training for a 4-month-old Lab? Willing to pay for high-quality training and would appreciate any recommendations.

Kevin Glowski at Big Dawgs Behavior & Training is amazing. I believe it's $140 for 6 weeks (1hr classes) and you can check him out on facebook.

I also recommend Lorraine Martinez with Loma Behavior (lomabehavior.com). She does have classes as well as one on one training.

Avoid big box stores

Try Steve Rum's classes at Bluebonnet Bunk'n Biscuit on IH35 N, around Selma and Shertz. I don't have the exit number, but it's one or two exits before exit 175.

I got a 6-week session at Rob Cary on Bulverde Road just north of Westmore. Just finished week 5. Pretty happy so far and can use these lessons to work with my other dog too.
