Any suggestions on how to get a hidden aerator out of bathroom faucet?

If it's an old faucet or you have hard water, soak the end of the faucet for a bit in a cup of CLR and try again.

Or white vinegar works too and is much cheaper than CLR. Fill ziploc back with it and zip tie it onto the faucet end for an hour or so then try again.

They are plastic so just break the interior ring carefully without messing up the threads inside the faucet and buy a new one. They are dirt cheap on Amazon. Find your faucet model to get the legit part number for the expensive true replacement and then search that part number on amazon for off brand replacements. Did this for all my Moens, they want $11+ per aerator for true one, i got a 5 pack for $8 and even increased my gpm from 1.2 to 1.5 to boot.
