A 2.5 acre tank/pond is behind my home is owned by the HOA of my neighborhood. We love just outside of Granbury. The tank is leaking through the dam and has gotten progressive worse over the years. Looking for guidance from someone in our area to provide assistance in the repair. Granbury is located about 25 miles SW of Fort Worth. Anyone have any suggestions for a tank repair service in the area?

I found one INACTIVE Civil Engineer near you using this search tool
https://pels.texas.gov/roster/pesearch.html?ver=V110722

Your search would be either CIVIL or STRUCTURAL type engineers.
The services you would seek would be evaulation, solution design and most importantly - inspections of the work. Many will know someone competent in your area to perform the work, perhaps someone that has passed their inspections.

Hopefully, this would be a simple underwater slurry patch solution and not a semi-demo, redesign project.
