Bought this house less than a year ago with it ultimately destined to be a rental. That time is coming soon. Noticed a couple of months after moving in that the flooring the previous owners put in must have been done without self leveler as one of the flooring pieces is not even with others, and in the last week or two now has several chips in it. Is there any way to fix this without pulling up the floor all the way to this area to get it back level with the rest so there is no further damage or is that really my only option?
