Bought this house less than a year ago with it ultimately destined to be a rental. That time is coming soon. Noticed a couple of months after moving in that the flooring the previous owners put in must have been done without self leveler as one of the flooring pieces is not even with others, and in the last week or two now has several chips in it. Is there any way to fix this without pulling up the floor all the way to this area to get it back level with the rest so there is no further damage or is that really my only option?

It is going to be a rental. I need to tenant proof it.

I've never done it, but perhaps a glue injection.

Idk. I think the bar stool chipped it. I tried to see if I could get under it to lift it up but I couldn't. I think my only safe bet is to pull the quarter round and see if I can pick up from that corner and get under it unfortunately.

I wish I could get under it to just push a ton of caulk or something in there to make it even.

Yea that could work. I bet I could use some wood filler or something to patch the holes. As soon as that video started I thought about using a suction cup and lo and behold. Thanks.
