Anyone know much about landscape lighting? All my lights quit working but the low voltage transformer is still on. Would there be another fuse or something somewhere?
Use a multimeter to test the voltage coming out of the transformer and on the wire at the 1st light. If you don't have a multimeter, pull one of your lights and connect it directly to the transformer or to the wire just after the transformer.
Not likely all your lights went out at once, but very likely your wire was damaged or the transformer failed.
Mine were intermittently working and I checked the wire running to all and noticed it had been repaired 4 times in a 30 foot span. Garden workers must have hit it when tearing out bushes and their repair didn't hold
When I used these systems in the past, the transformers were very sensitive to lightning strikes near by. I would always suspect 90 pct of problems to be transformer crapped out or wire cuts.
