Do two handle valves of that age have anti scald?

I replaced the cartridges awhile back, so I don't think that's it.

You are correct. I did not look at the type of valve.

I would look for some type of mineral buildup in the hot water line. Check the pressure at the valve and see if it is the same?

Have same problem as OP on a 2016 house we bought a few years ago. This thread gave me home might be an easy fix but looks like all of my tiles are attached with grout. Ugh.

Is it just me or does it look like hinges or magnets on the right that were intended for that piece of tile to be a a door/easily removable.

Have you tried pulling the cartridge in the Hot water handle?

Shut off your main, release the pressure on another faucet and take the handle off of the hot then the remove the cartridge and see if the housing is full of crud.

He changed the cartridge recently but he needs to check the pressure and volume at this fixture.

See if the volume is similar to other nearby hot fixtures.

Confirm that the pressure is the same as well.

Thanks y'all, pressure I think is consistent.

What's the best way for volume? Just put a bucket in there and time how long to fill it at different fixtures?

I'll pull the cartridges this weekend as well, just in case I screwed something up last time.

Yes five gallon bucket
See how long it takes to fill up
Check at various fixtures to establish a baseline and of course the problem one
