Works great but every 5 -10 minutes it make the noise like its refilling with water. My assumption is that some of the guts within the tank need to be replaced.
Thoughts? Easy fix?

Hopefully just clean the sealing surfaces on the flapper doodle to stop slow leakby. Try to figure out where the water in tank is leaking into bowl.

I echo replacing the flapper. My guess is it's worn down and you may not be able to see the extent of it without pulling it off.

Yep and if you want to confirm it put a couple of drops of food coloring in the tank. If (and when) the colored water shows up in the bowl without flushing you've ID'd the problem. Check the tank gasket as well to be sure it's smooth and pliable. Those deteriote over time. Usually you'll start to see little bits of rubber in the tank when they start going bad.

Besides the flapper another common cause is the fill tube is too long in the overflow tube and is causing a siphon. Cut it just short enough so it goes inside the overflow tube, but doesn't go down it much at all. Food coloring in the tank like mentioned above can help determine if the water is going into the bowl from the tank (probably flapper) or the fill tube (fill tube too long, or faulty ballcock).

You can easily replace all the internal parts of a toilet for like $30 if you can't figure it out.

I'd just buy the kit to replace the intervals. It's one thing after another once the first problem starts. Just get out in front of it and replace it all.
