We're wanting to replace our kitchen sink faucet. My question is are paying the higher (in come cases MUCH) prices for a faucet. We're wanting a simple single handle, curved faucet with pull-down sprayer. I'm seeing prices from $100-$1,000.

Also, has anyone bought an off-brand from Amazon that is less than $100? I just want to make sure anything I get is easy to get parts for if / when something needs fixing.

VERY happy with this
https://rebrand.ly/3srhnwt
but returns hassle unknown
vs. buying local = EZPZ

Buying local also enlightens one to the actual relative size no ad photo will give you - on purpose.

The pull DOWN is recommended over the pull OUT
and both "snakes" will catch on the on-off water knobs below
unless you get a good plumber and both you & he/her TEST it in all positions.

Also might be wise to avoid unknown/weird brands and pay attention to ratings, esp. the one star ones.

The last one was cheaper, same store, pull-out and lastest 10 years+ ... about 8 years too long for me. Was replaced prior to failure since we were getting a new garbage disposer, the coast was clear and I hated it.
Ten words or less ... a goal unattainable

Not the reply you asked for, but the Delta touch faucet is the greatest thing in faucets ever. Takes a week to get used to it, then you can never be without one. You get agitated when you go to a house that doesn't have one.

Bought one off amazon. Worked for about 5 years. Then it broke and a I replaced with another one off amazon for less than the cartridge in the brand name faucet. Think the new one is 3 years old.

I have been buying American Standard faucets for both bathroom, shower, and kitchen applications and the only time I had an issue was a cartridge came messed up (the stop positions wasn't working on the shower handle) and one phone call later they sent me 4 replacements.

I just put one of these in my kitchen after a remodel. So far so good.

Hell yes. Have had the Delta for 3 years. Do have to change the batteries out about once a year but we use rechargeables so not a big deal. So true about going to another house.

Love our Delta touch faucet. So helpful when you've got gunk all over your hands. Can't stand it when I go to someone else's house without and I have to turn it on like a caveman.

Delta's a good company too. They sent me an upgraded solenoid for free when I had problems once. And again their customer service was awesome helping on a separate problem.

The delta touch is the greatest thing ever. I have the Wi-Fi one so I can say dispense 1 cup or whatever measure and it's exact. Saves some dishes
