Anyone have a contact or recommendation on factory direct appliance sales? We need everything for a new build. We're in Magnolia so greater Houston area will work.

Not to be snarky, but does your builder not have relationships with some places? Ours has their store(s) for everything they buy volume from and get varying levels of discounts.

Depending on the brands of appliances you're looking for here are my recommendations though:

- Factory Builder Stores (brands such as Miele, Wolf, Thermador, Fisher Paykel, etc)
- Costco (LG, Samsung, etc)

Plenty of other places though.

I've been happy with AJ Madison I used several years ago for a kitchen remodel. Delivered to my garage.

I got ya. Im building my own house. I used FBS last time and will give them a chance to bid my stuff again. I like to put my feelers out to see if others have had good experiences elsewhere. Thank you for the great recommendation!!

I've had good luck using Appliance Connection as well. It's similar to AJ Madison mentioned above if not using a local brick and mortar.

Get a quote from Tri-Supply first. It'll be cheaper, but it will get Factory Builders to match. I did it on Thermador appliances. Saved thousands.
