I have never used them and don't know what areas they service, but met Grow & Co at some sort of event a couple of years ago. The owner is an Aggie and they were handing out little Texas wildflower seed packs with their info on them. Thought it was a pretty good marketing tactic.

Try Day Landscape Design. Not an Ag, but would recommend for sure. Did all our landscaping on new construction a few years ago, and have done a number of routine maintenance and upgrades/adds since the initial instal. Located in NW Houston, but does work all around Houston.
