Can't seem to find a lawn fertilization and weed control service that services the Shiner area. On a half acre lot in town with St. Augustine. Moved in in early May. Lawn was 90% perfect. With all the rains, not so much now. Bermuda is running rampant and weeds are out of control.

Any suggestions on a service would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have a specific answer...but I would call the site one in New Braunfels (looks to be the closest to Shiner...~1 hr away.) and ask them who buys fertilizer from them and services the Shiner area. They carry the Lesco fertilizer line that the good lawn guys buy their stuff from.

How high are you mowing? Should have the mower set about as high as it will go for St. A to be happy this time of year and overtake the Bermuda.

Found a company in Victoria that comes up to Shiner once a week.

On the cut height, not sure, but will check with lawn guys to ensure they are at max height with their equipment.
