Yes. We have a regular cleaning service every couple weeks. After any remodel, I'll budget in an extra cleaning so they can get all the dust.

We just change the filters in HVAC, doubt ducts hold that much but I could be wrong.

We don't have regular housekeeping but we did hire a one time deep cleaning after our reno. Took them about 8 hours. Totally worth it.

We had our ducts cleaned as well as hired a deep cleaning after a remodel last year. It's crazy how much ish is up the ducts/returns.

We're also still vacuuming up remodeling dust in new (near end of the project) carpet. If you're not using a Dyson, you're just making the carpet look pretty when vacuuming.
