Any ideas on whom I can call to come to a home in CS to measure moisture in the walls and floor?

Have workers repairing after a busted pipe but someone suggested I measure the moisture before sealing everything off again.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Go buy a moisture meter & google what the moisture should be in areas. Wood floor, baseboards, etc.

For instance I found this when searching wood floor moisture:

What level of moisture is acceptable?

Readings on a moisture reader will generally range from 5 to 40 percent. A range of 5 to 12 percent is considered optimal. A reading of up to 17 percent is generally considered moderate moisture and acceptable.

Spray the entire area with Concrobium until it is 100% covered

Then

Run blowers/fans until the cavity is dry

Then cover it up
