If I wanted to lay down 570 sqft extra of patio space, what's a reasonable price to pay for that? I'm looking at contractors right now and I want to get more advice on cost. TIA.

I've been getting quotes for approx 200 sq ft. for a patio extension too. I know there are minimums for a space this small but I'm seeing low end $11.50/sq ft to a high end $16 sq ft.

Jorge will hook you up. (832) 764-3297 I think I paid around $6 per sq. ft.

At some point, price per foot doesn't scale down well. You have 570 ft, so you are above 7 yards which helps. I paid $4.50/ft about 18 months ago, but it was a front turnaround. If they have to haul it to the backyard, that is extra labor.

So I am guessing you should be in the $6-7/ft range.

Thank you. That seems to be the lowest price i've been given by contractors.

that's cheap as hell for small work.
My company pours warehouse slabs (6 figure sf) so it's highly optimized, and we're at $4.50, doing ~35-40ksf per pour. We are also one of largest buyers of concrete in Colorado, so we get a great price.

That is using a pump truck though, which adds about $0.20/sf, but still, for a homeowner that's a steal.
