I've got a lot of moisture in the crawl space causing humidity all over my house. I've added French drains and gutters which has really improved the moisture, but the humidity is still there. Anyone have experience with vapor barrier or encapsulation in Houston?

Also any recs for someone to do the work would be appreciated. TIA

Built in 1940. Purchased this year. Is on pier and beam but brick exterior that comes down to the ground. Has some venting but only on 2 sides because of an addition done in the 60s. Had foundation checked by Jericho foundation and they said it's in good shape.

Sounds like you just need to figure out how to get more ventilation.
