Does anyone use this? Thoughts? Trying to cut to cord so as not to pay the monthlies.

I have it. You can pay for monthly monitoring through Brinks but not required. The system is sort of pricey up front, especially if you need several door and window sensors. I love the App and the ease of use. One downside is that the alarm speaker isn't as loud as I'd like. 80 dB if I remember correctly. Otherwise I've been very happy with it.

If you already have other Nest products (doorbell or thermostat) I would definitely recommend. If you're not already invested in the Nest family of products, there may be better options.
