Easy to do

Scofield is a great brand. They have videos on how to apply.

Prep work is key. Taping/protecting around areas to be stained etc.

How clean is your concrete? If dirty make sure to clean as best you can

Nutralize with baking soda, wash off and then use a Sealer over it. J25 by Dayton superior is a great sealer if you are doing outdoors. If indoors, use a water based sealer due to no fumes.

Stick with Scoefield or Butterfield.

As mentioned the success of the project is primarily in the prep stage. I spent 13 years in that industry and nearly all of my problems on decorative concrete was poor prep or improper installation.

Also make sure you can test in an area that can be covered (under carpet maybe). The reactions are always a little different. There was a scoefield stain color that was supposed to be brownish that reacted differently with the aggregate in Amarillo that led to the concrete staining and awful green color.
