Gotta love the old stab-lock panels.
Call Mark Luchak (Mark Luchak Electric). 281-450-2673. He has been used by numerous TexAgs folks in Houston (including me) to do exactly what you are doing. Super nice guy and usually has the best price.

It's been a few years since Mark did nine, but I want to say it was around 1200-1400. That said, mine was a PITA and required a one-of-kind panel given the pre-existing location of the meter can and the home runs coming into the main box.
