What type of receptacle is this? I couldn't match up a dryer power cord at Lowes to fit it.



edit: is it a NEMA 10-30? Maybe the middle hole is not a contact?

30A 3 pole 3 wire. Middle hole is likely a screw hole.

Edit: yes, Nema 10-30
