It was on the floor in a storage area, and rain got into the door of the storage. I've got the stuff air-drying, but I'm concerned that it may no longer be potent. Any thoughts?

Fertilizer is just salt. If it's still granular, use it.

Regarding the atrizine, it would depend on how much water got on it, but if it's still granular, it probably didn't get too terribly wet.
