We are looking for someone to draw up some plans to refresh our landscaping (NW Houston). We'll likely purchase the plants & put them in ourselves. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I just saw this company on a design blog I frequent. It might not be what you're looking for but they appear to do very nice work.
