I want to look into replacing the single pane, old windows in my rental for something affordable. Who do y'all suggest in Conroe? I'd be looking to finance the job.

Can you share your financial reasoning? We have a future rental, but haven't even contemplated changing the original 1988 single pane windows.

The current windows are OLD and leak energy like a sieve. The electric bill in summer is near $400 for an 1800sqft house.

I will be adding blow in insulation in the attic.

Who cares if it leaks, you aren't paying the electric bill. I think that adding blow in insulation will be enough to help alleviate your renters. Then you won't have to finance something that wouldn't give you much ROI in rent money.

One on side I agree it's the renters problem and not mine (electric bill), but on the other side I want to be helpful. Perhaps the insulation in the attic will be enough to ease the electric burden.
