Just bought an older home (1964) in Southwest Houston. It was renovated a couple of years ago, but there are a few minor things we want to do / have investigated:
Can anyone recommend contractor(s) to handle these things? TIA
- Add a gas drop for dryer. Gas main enters the home directly above the laundry room, so this won't be a long run.
- Electrical - Add outlets in various places and investigate randomly dimming lights in the master bath.
- Living area has 6x24 ceramic "wood-look" tiles. There are 2-3 tiles that are slightly loose and we want repaired / replaced. There are several boxes of leftover tile in the garage.
Can anyone recommend contractor(s) to handle these things? TIA
