Does anyone know or have any old door hardware that would work with this type of setup?

Where are you located? If you're near Fort Worth go to old home supply. They have everything

Architectural Antiques here in San Antonio, if you're local.

It's well organized and they've been very helpful.

Mortise locks are normally easily repairable unless something cast iron breaks. If you can't find anything I have a whole box of that stuff that I've salvaged over the years and could put one of them in the mail (same for p_bubel). Do you need the plates or just the lockset?

Alternatively, Lowes and HD still sell new ones that are decent quality for $15-20 each. They come with keys, glass knobs and stainless, brass or chrome plates.

If you're in the area around lunch or dinner go to Magnolia st which is just north of old home supply and hit up Paris Coffee Shop(greasy spoon- thursday is chicken & dumplings), Heim BBQ(everything is amazing- bacon burnt ends), Gus's fried chicken(from Memphis), Lilis bistro(everything is great), Cane Rosso(Neapolitan pizza), Benitos mexican, Nonna tata (italian- very small & random times so check their page), bearded lady (great beer selection & good apps), Ellerbe (high end)
