I'm putting together an estimate to build out a bathroom in my basement. I have a good idea of costs for framing, drywall and finishes, just not plumbing, hvac and electric.
Here is the layout:
Here are my estimated scopes: (did I forget anything?)
Electrical:
*Light above shower
*Vanity light
*Exhaust fan
*1 GFI receptacle
The sub panel in basement is about 45' away from here and has several empty slots.
HVAC:
*Exhaust fan vent to outside (the left wall is exterior, the top 1' is sheathing and siding)
*Air supply for bathroom (Don't know if this is required)
Plumbing:
*Supply lines to shower, toilet and sink (There are h/c water lines in the joists above, just splice and drop, PEX)
*Sanitary plumbing (rough ins are in slab, one at middle of shower stall and one over by toilet)
*Vent line through exterior wall
What should I expect to pay for these 3 trades for such a small scope?
I plan to act as GC.
