Could be coincidence, but I noticed my low voltage LED wall wash lights flickered for about 5-10 seconds when they turned on today. They normally come right on to full power. Cold weather affecting capacitors perhaps?

I doubt it. I'm in Minneapolis and our outdoor LED lighting doesn't have a problem in subzero temps.
