Where have you purchased 2" blinds online? Faux or real wood? Did you like them?

TIA.

Got faux wood, and wood blinds from justblinds.com. Love 'em. Much cheaper than anywhere else.

Just be sure to get samples before ordering (duh)

We got an entire houses worth last fall from blinds.com. 2" faux wood. Pretty hassle free and fast delivery. Install was a breeze, just make sure that you measure right so you don't have any surprises.

we did the whole house...

im pretty happy with it...

the misses got them all, I just wish she had done a little better color match with the trim work...

it doesnt look BAD... it just doesnt match exactly, and I know they have some color options that wouldve been a whole heck of a lot closer.

Got about 15 sets of the faux wood blinds from here

http://www.blindschalet.com/

Work great. We found one that had a twisted line in the middle after we installed it, sent them a picture of the screw-up and they sent out a new one free of charge while not asking for the old one back. Large blind too, 46 x 94, cost about $80 then.

Over the last few years have replaced every window covering in the house with 2" faux woods from Blinds.Com. Always seemed to have the best price once custom sizing, features and s&h were all taken into account.

Very pleased with the product, plus they are a Texas based company (if that matters to you).

Also did JustBlinds.com. Just measured and ordered. No problems. Bought real wood and faux. The real were mahogany and the faux were natural (or something really light). I like the real wood better, but That was primarily because I liked the color better.

My mom owns a blind company called Custom Drapery, Blinds, & Shutters in Houston. If that is the area you are in you could give them a call 1-800-929-9211. Its hard to compete with internet prices though.
