My buddies and I have done Pine Dunes for 6 straight years. The core of us are hardcore golf and typically play 54 holes over Friday evening to Saturday. It's grown to a larger number and not all of them are hardcore golfers. We're looking to move it.

My initial idea is to find a great VRBO or AirBNB for us to all split near decent golf with a pool.

It was so hot this year at Pine Dunes we all hung out inside of the condo and they are pretty awful for that.

Anyone got any ideas. Our group spans the Longview/Dallas/San Antonio area so anywhere in between all that is a potential spot.

There are many options on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas that fit the bill. My group has been several times. Both courses at Hot Springs CC are worth playing.

This is a great idea. My buddies from the San Antonio and Burnet area have made the drive up to Pine Dunes, so it's our turn to drive down there. Golf course there looks great.

All 3 are fun. Ram rock is a beast. If you're in the know, see if you can get on Summit Rock (private) or Escondido.

I love Apple Rock and Slick Rock is fun.
