Before I even start, this is not from a club throw or operator abuse. This is actually my favorite club in the bag which sucks big time when you have some big tournaments coming up.

Anyways, has anyone ever repaired their putter before? And if so, who/what company would they recommend?

Yea I haven't been able to find anything online but I did go to my club and it looks like it will cost about $50 to get it fully repaired.

That looks like an epoxy break.

Grab a few tools and do it yourself.

Put a torch on the head for about 10-15 seconds (cover the paint)
Scrape the epoxy out with a small flat-head
Put a torch on the shaft for about 10-15 seconds
Scrape the epoxy out with a small flat-head
Let both head and shaft cool
Put it back together with fresh epoxy

BTW...I've seen putter heads totally break from the shaft like this before. They were pi$$ed nobody put a headcover on them.

On an iron, I typically drill out the epoxy. Could you not do the same here?

Either way, I agree, simple fix if you have a few tools.

Well looks like I was misled this morning by one of the techs at the club.

The putter is a three piece and actually almost the inverse of how traditional putters are constructed. Most have the shaft going into the female housing of the putter head. Mine has a small shaft sticking up that is part of the putter mold where the female end of the shaft slides over (which is what broke). Basically Odyssey cant do anything with it.

Put a torch on that shaft and dig it out.

You should be able to re-epoxy the base.

Then once the base dries...re-epoxy the shaft to the base.

Edit...unless part of the white base broke off in the shaft...in that case you may be out of luck.
