Island holes (cough* peninsula *cough) are pretty neat. Everyone knows 17 at Sawgrass and I bet a lot of people know about the true island hole at Coeur d'Alene in Idaho, but what other ones exist out there that you like and/or have played?
Played a round at Paiute in Vegas back in 2019 that had a neat one. Can't remember exactly which 18 it was there though. Mis-clubbed my first attempt and it drew hard over the green into the rock embankment behind it, bouncing into the water. My 3rd shot with the right iron was much better. I'd be lying if I didn't say I pulled out a cheap bag ball for that 2nd attempt.
