Make sure to work it daily.

Or...switch to graphite shafts.

Edit...ProSoft inserts will help marginally. But, if you want to get rid of the pain permanently, you'll need to switch to graphite shafts.

I fought the same thing for years. Today, my tendinitis has completely gone away. I went from an interlocking grip to an overlapping grip and that kept my right elbow from torquing as much

Mines tennis elbow. Married 25 years doesn't help, but did steroid injection, graphite shafts, and working out help quite a bit.

Physical therapy helped. Got an injection, two years ago not an issue right now.
