This is paid positions...right? I don't think they get the same benefit of playing Augusta for volunteering.

They do. I had a caddie at Pasatiempo this last summer who's played Augusta twice. As a volunteer, after 5 years of service they let you play the course.

His comment was about paid help. Yes, volunteers get to play it in May each year before it shuts down for the summer (booradley has been one for nearly 20 years and posts on this board), but I would be extremely surprised if the paid help does. I don't think the people making the pimento cheese sandwiches and wiping down the toilets for a paycheck are getting to play.
