if Im Tiger and Im not picking myself Id probably pick fowler, speith, bubba. Reed is tough because of the Ryder Cup in 2018 but his 2016 performance was amazing.

Id throw in a wildcard for my 4th and go with Matthew Wolff.

Depends a lot on the course. Where are they playing? How will it be set up?

I like Kisner simply because he's a helluva putter and good ball striker.

Prolly go with Reed, Finua, and Fowler to round it out.

Everything I have seen is saying Tiger is going to pick himself as one of the four. I really don't like having a captain who is still playing.

From what it sounded like with the Ryder Cup, I doubt anyone wants to play with Reed regardless of how he's playing. Spieth could also go out and shoot a 80 with the way his game is right now.

I think i would go Fowler, Finau, Tiger, Woodland and I could easily throw Kisner in there instead of any of those 4.

Fowler and Finau for sure. After that, looking at two from Woodland, Tiger, and Bubba.

Glad everyone is finally coming around on Kis.

Would be a simple decision for me, assuming Tiger is locked in as one of them. Fowler, Finau, Woodland.

Can he pick Morikawa?

I don't get the fascination with Kisner. Sure he can putt, and he's been awesome at the Match play event the past two years, but he hasn't been that great in bigger events, and he wasn't exactly a rockstar at the 2017 Cup.

If he wants a shot at these, he simply needs to be a better player week in and week out. Sure, he's got the "potential" , just like several other American "unproven" players out there.

He won 3 of a possible 4 points in 2017, has a pretty good match play record, and he hits it straight which is something we don't have a whole lot of on these teams.

He hasn't been great in big events, but he has a runner-up at the open and was in the thick of it at quail hollow when JT won.

Finau played well in RC and Woods likes him. Kisner has experience and won the match play. Woodland is the US open champ. Fowler is my only iffy but I like him over Speith and Reed right now. Could see Reed sneaking on i he plays his way in to the final 30.

Kisner self-admittedly can't compete on the longer courses, and he's shown a pattern of disappearing under pressure on Sundays. Skip.

Kind of a ridiculous statement. You're talking about a 15-time major winner who won the Masters this year. But yeah, he should sit out and play ****ing Colin Morikawa instead.

Good point. Just under 7100 par 71, so pretty short indeed.

Plays even shorter due to turf conditions. Not a lot of rough. A place where the shorter hitters can compete.

The last time they played there I remember it being windy with lots of sand.

please show the pattern of him disappearing on Sundays. He isn't worse than any of the other guys not finishing tournaments. Kisner is a tough, no bull**** kinda guy. He is exactly the kind of person the team needs...granted your first point is valid and true.
