I actually won practice rounds and Thursday tickets once - about 15 years ago. Since then nada. I guess it's sort of like getting hit by lightning.

I used to live in Atlanta and got practice round tickets thru the lottery 8 of the 10 yrs I lived there. I then moved to West Palm got them 3 of the 5 years I lived there. I moved back to Houston 13 years ago and am 0 for Houston. Maybe 2020 is my year!

I would assume if you put in for 4 practice round tickets and only need 2, you would have know problem getting at least face value for them?
