Like Jack, Bobby Jones, Sarazen, and Bubba-flipped or not?

Grew up learning to play with heel lifted 35 years ago but soon stopped because "keep the heel down and lower body quiet movement" started in the 80s and 90s.

Always felt the lifted left heel forced you to plant the heel and start the downswing ground up.

I gave the left heel down a try about a year ago. One large bucket on the driving range, next morning could hardly get out of bed my lower back hurt so bad. After 30 years of golf I'll just continue to lift left heel.
