That's Shady Oaks Golf Course. Pretty sure the OP is talking about Shady Oaks CC in Fort Worth -- home of Ben Hogan.
There is Shady Oaks CC in Fort Worth - Ben Hogan's home course and there is Shady Valley CC in Arlington (Club Corp course).
