I think I'm understanding you correctly but I have to disagree

Face must be open at impact to hit a draw with path right of target as well

Maybe I'm not understanding what your saying

Reading it again...your saying open to path and I'm talking open to target? That correct?

This makes everything easier to understand the face and path relationship. Everything should be in relation to target. Path and face are very independent of each other....getting the correct combo of both is how we shape shots

i have also been shanking lately, and I wonder if snatching the club inside could be a contributing factor to that as well... Or if im shifting toward the ball

Hosel rockets mean the hosel is hitting the ball so you're likely moving into the ball. I can tell you the worst thing to do is ask a bunch of random people for swing thoughts. You're going to be 10x more ****ed up trying to put together a bunch of suggestions, half of which are in disagreement with the others.

I thought face had to be closed in order to hit a draw? open the face for a fade?

Club face has to be open relative to the target but closed relative to the swing path to hit a draw. Opposite for a fade.

You're both probably right but talking in different coordinate systems.

Yes...i always think and talk in relation to target because of trackman

This describes it perfectly
