depends on what specifically you are looking for.

Recently bought a brand new stage 2 TM RBZ tour on ebay from pga store for $79. I would look on ebay honestly at the authorized resellers/store fronts.

I've had great luck with the Callaway Certified site. My "used" 4 wood was still in the plastic.

Agreed. I picked up a 3 wood from there to replace my old one and it was still in the plastic even though "used."

I've nothing but great experience with Global Golf and 2nd Swing for buying used clubs. Both tend to undersell the condition of their used club, I've been very pleased with the condition of everything i've bought from both.
