And Furyk just missed an ace on the postage stamp by about 1/4 rotation. Left it hanging on the edge.

Someone will make 1 on that hole today. Been a lot of REALLY close shots.

From TV this course looks very unfriendly for patrons. Many holes I don't even see accessibility for fans.

The announcers made a comment a bit ago on theopen.com coverage about how much more fan friendly this course is than st andrews. it does just seem that there is a clump of spectators here or there. I guess they have to pick their spots between dunes

I found Royal Troon a pretty good course to watch play as a spectator. There are some tight places from 8 - 12, but before and after the sight lines were good. Got to go to the Open there in 97.

Fox steps it up with pro tracer and split screens with hole layouts and NBC counters with Johnny Miller drawing on my TV screen.

imo Rory is getting extremely frustrated with his play and the fact that their are other younger guys stealing all his glory he thinks he deserves

Sounds like self entitlement to me. Go earn it, work harder than others. That's the problem with a lot of young guys getting success early. In their careers. They think it should always come easy.
