Ya'll have to realize how bad this is in Austin. We can all laugh and Crack wise about it, but it bad. The city has been able to play a shell game and hide it at times-- but it sucks.

And whether you want to believe it or not, as our population in this state grows, so will the homeless numbers.

And it's only a matter of time before they suck Austin dry of their generous dollar donors sitting in their BMW's at stop lights, and those homeless move on to "kinder" christian communities like BCS.

Except that conservative leaders will implement the obvious solution that liberals in ****hole Austin would never consider: Criminalize the act of giving money to panhandlers. Once the bleeding hearts start getting $200 tickets, the homeless "lifestyle" will immediately become unviable.
