I know that most college athletes don't make it to the next level or spend a short time there but looking at his LinkedIn profile connections is depressing. It's weird to see these guys doing regular stuff like selling insurance or real estate. I also love the ones that have degrees on social work but list themselves as CEO's. Ahh...the delusion of LinkedIn. Never gets old.

If Vince had an IQ of 100 and just one true friend with some business aptitude he could parlay his name into great wealth.

Instead he has to take the sip handout.

And on a side note how bad are his deals with these two companies? You would think the real estate deal would be structured to give him at least a cut of the profit. Unless he just sold his name for a one time fee again?

Exactly. He also didn't/doesn't own a steakhouse. He was paid royalties, likely long gone, for using his name. Probably the same setup.

Trust me he isn't licensed it's just the name. You can look up anyone with a TREC license number (realtor, inspector, etc) on the TREC website

TREC must have some different rules than TALCB. If I, for whatever dumb reason, tried to use his name for the appraisal firm I work for, I'd be looking at a pretty serious ethics complaint.
