Scott was booted because of lavish executive bonuses, poor business decisions and still got paid better than any other conference commissioner.

Larry bled those ****ers dry, painted them into a corner on stupid network deal that's a disaster and now he's riding outta town rich as ****.

Only other person in the PAC12 that can pull off that much fraud was Sumlin.

The guy was a dumbass to begin with. He trusted tu during the whole realignment business. He could have dialed any number in the entire state of Texas and no matter who picked up the phone, they could have told him what selfish, duplicitous, double-dealing, underhanded dirtbags they were.

at least the Pac 12 drew higher ratings than Women's Tennis...uhm....right?

Yes, Bill Powers, not Powell. Thanks for the correction.

Perfect opportunity for Deloss Dodds to step in and take tu, along with OU kicking and screaming to the Pac 14. This is the setup deloss has been looking for.

The conference said in a statement that the decision was made to "allow a new commissioner to be in place to negotiate and maximize the conference's next important long-term media rights agreement."
Good luck.

Notice I didn't put a period or question mark after the above sentence. Because it would work both ways!

The first thing they need to do is move out of the office space. No other conference has anything close to the that. The SEC and ACC are in second tier markets, and the Big 10 and Big 12 are in a suburban office near a major airport. If they have to be in the Bay Area, (which I don't know why) they could at least find something less expensive in East Bay. The Pac 12 Network could be anywhere, such as Phoenix.

The next thing they can do is make sure that the schedule does punish your top teams, like having USC play Standard and then next week sending them to play Washington State on a Friday night. Next they can start giving FOX same good games for the 3:30 EST time slot to follow up the "Big Noon" games.
