I just read a "report" linked off the reddit CFB page from a sip ~~reporter~~ fan that outlined why Herman had to go because of the problems created in large part by Del.

It was worded to blame said problems 100% on Herman while at the same time mentioning Del's mistakes but not blaming Del.

Of course when Del gets fired they can use the same article again just edited to blame Herman's failure on him and thus why he had to go. It should be ready in about 2- 3 years when Sark gets fired and will strangely coincide with A&M's first outright SEC championship.
