Herman is a good OC and especially good on bowls and situations where he has extra Time to prep. He also seems to handle big game pressure well.

He does not seem to be a builder.

The jury is still out on fleck. He inherited a team that won 9 games under an interim who was made. However, that schedule was soft and did not beat a ranked team. Said hc was then fired in early 17 over off field stuff.

They are obviously off to a bad start this year. Bc of the Covid situation, we probably won't know about fleck until 21
