Texas hired the wrong coach.

Rhule took over a true dumpster fire and went 1-11, 7-6, 10-1.

Herman with far superior talent and core values already in place went 7-6, 10-4, 6-5.

Coach Rhule is running all around winning football games but never one time taught his players how to kiss good or pee the correct color.

He just doesn't have his eyes focused on the right goals like Coach Herman.

You forgot actual pillow fights. After all, what does a typical male want to do more than have a pillow fight? Personally the only time I've ever thought about pillow fights involved sorority chicks in lingerie, but I also don't wave dildos around so maybe I just don't get it.

If there is an 11am game that goes long on FS1, remember that this game will be shown on Fox Business until the other game finishes.

100% correct. They would've run him out of town for trying to do it the right way. Hell they almost did at Baylor, but they had no other choice.

OKState & WVU got the brunch spot. And so did Kansas & ISU.

the Penn State-Ohio State game is an 11am kickoff on FOX. That's what saved the BU-t.u. game from 11am as well

FOX did not want to put PSU-tOSU up against the CBS 2:30 game: A&M-Georgia

Spoiler alert: Texas will meet with Rhule at halftime to try and get him to switch teams. He will agree while Herman is primping in the potty. Herman comes out and Del Monte hands him a UTRGV coaching contract.

The only notable difference in performance on the field this season is that Baylor beat TCU on the road. Texas got beat badly by TCU on the road.

Others:

ISU - Baylor won at home 23-21 and Texas lost on the road 23-21. Save for a stupid penalty, it likely would have been a different outcome but still a close game either way.

LSU - Baylor did not have a difficult OOC opponent.

Also, changing coaches is a 2-3 year setback in almost all cases.

So, I'll stick with Herman but I would like to see the following:

- win the bowl game
- continue recruiting process
- change out OC
- stop playing close games against bad opponents. Texas seems to play down (and up) to opponents.
- beat OU in 2020

I expect all of the above to happen or I'll reconsider my position.

I would say another notable difference is, Baylor is ranked, has 3 less losses, and probably won't need a last second field goal to beat Kansas at home...

no amount of star inflation will fix this
- change out OC
but keep your DC? For a defense that is ranked 110 out of 130 in total defense and you don't want to get rid of him?
- stop playing close games against bad opponents. Texas seems to play down (and up) to opponents.
when you play close against you're bad opponents, who is the bad opponent?
- beat OU in 2020
this one might actually happen.
I expect all of the above to happen or I'll reconsider my position.
