Pretty ridiculous that a middling club like that has a chance to be in the conference title game.

No matter the outcome the bowl season hype and offseason spin will be annoying. As usual.

If West Virginia beats OU (and if Texas beats KU) they would have a three way tie for the top. Not sure what the tiebreaker policy is.

Couldnt care less. Get ready for the (national) media to talk for a week about how a Texas win would be a disaster for the conference. Either Texas loses (cool) or the BDF misses the playoffs (cool).

In that scenario it would be Texas-W. Va. in title game. Head to head knocks OU out.

Sips beat KU they are in. They have the head to head over OU and if WVU losses that is 3 conference losses for them.

Would love to see Murray and Riley get revenge for what happened in early October. Kyler was pissed after that game. With the Sooner defense though, its gonna be another shootout.

1. OU against Texas?
2. OU against WV?

They created a meaningless championship game that puts their conference champion needlessly at risk because they didn't find two teams that their media partners would approve so they could break the conference into divisions...

I saw on ESPN that all three( tu, ou,, wvu)control their own destiny.

In other words, if they win they are in the championship game.

I guess if wvu wins and tu loses, wvu and ou rematch
